AIAA Student Branch at UCLA

Welcome to the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) Student Branch at UCLA homepage. We are the largest Aerospace society on campus focused on professional development, academic support, and technical projects. AIAA at UCLA is the parent organization to three aerospace design clubs, Design Build Fly, Rocket Project, and Unmanned Aerial Systems. AIAA Kickoff Meeting

October 6, 2020

AIAA at UCLA will hold its first general meeting of the year over Zoom. Join the meeting for discussion of upcoming evenets for AIAA at UCLA and the latest news and plans from the technical projects. All new and returning UCLA ststudents are welcome to join and learn about AIAA and the 2020-2021 school year.

AIAA Technical Projects Kickoff Meetings

October 6-8, 2020

AIAA's technical projects will host their kickoff meetings throughout week 1 on Zoom. Topics including project goals for the year, manufacturing processes, and how to get involved will be discussed! Zoom links will be added soon.

MAE Career Fair

The annual Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering Career Fair hosts brings companies from different industries that are looking to hire for internships and full time positions. This event is targeted specifically for Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and Material Science Engineering students. Attendees must be current UCLA students (undergrads or graduates) or recent alumni of the Class of 2020 and show valid Bruin ID at the door.
